Using the Hall/Building

To keep the Groups cost down we hire out our Scout Hut to other users, however as we do this we need to ensure that all events/meeting for your section are booked on our Hall Booking System. This prevents any double booking of the hall. All section meetings are automatically booked during term times only, Anything outside of this you need to ensure they are booked and confirmed with the Hall Hire Manager.

You can see when the Hall is available by going to Scout Hall Availability or on the shared calendar “Scout Hall Usage”

To Book the hall you just go to one of the links below:

Hall Booking Form (Website Booking Form – Best for on a Laptop/Desktop)
Internal Hall Booking App (Mobile App on PowerApps) (Powerapps Booking Form – Best for on a Mobile)

Once you have made the booking will be confirmed and then automatically added to the Scout Hall Availability Calendar.
